My name is James Gavin, and throughout my life I have lived all over the United States, but North Carolina is home with my wife, two kids and two huskies (the dogs are much easier than the teenagers).
I have been involved in real estate for the last 13 years, with a concentration in land development. I work for Premier Land Development, one of the largest real estate developers on the East Coast. We develop property nationwide, and I absolutely love what we do.
Our company specializes in buying premium tracts of land and developing these properties into beautiful homesites. We are a very diverse developer, so I have everything from large acreage ranch property to lakefront homesites, and even income producing investments such as owning your own RV or tiny home rental property.

A: We develop from Maine to California, but our main focus is in Texas and the southeast (North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia)
A: If you want to purchase at one of our Grand Opening events then the answer is yes. Outside of a grand opening, I can always assist with a sight-unseen purchase or work with you around your schedule. However, it is always my recommendation that you walk the property you want to purchase so you know you are getting the right one!
A: No, all closings can be handled remotely which makes everything very easy.
